Available payment methods may vary depending on your device, location, and order value. All available options will be shown at checkout.
Billing and account information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed on our website. This includes your full name, billing address, delivery address, email address, phone number, and payment details.
You agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including your email address and card details, so that we can:
- process your transactions,
- complete delivery of your order, and
- contact you where necessary.
Orders may be delayed, declined, or cancelled if the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or cannot be verified.
Payment processing and security
All online payments are processed securely through third‑party payment providers such as Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
Fooddepaux does not store full card numbers, security codes, or payment credentials on its servers.
Cash on Delivery and card on delivery
For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) or card on delivery:
- You agree to be available at the delivery address to complete payment.
- Please ensure the correct amount or a valid payment card is available at delivery.
- Failure or refusal to complete payment at delivery may result in restrictions on COD or card‑on‑delivery options for future orders.
Fraud prevention
To protect our customers and our business, we may carry out verification checks. Orders may be held, cancelled, or refunded if fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.
Changes to payment methods
We may add, remove, or update accepted payment methods from time to time. Any changes will be reflected at checkout and on this page.
