Yes. During Ramadan, we operate from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Sunday to Thursday). The order cut-off is 2:00 PM. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed and dispatched the following working day.
Some delivery options like same-day or next-day may be temporarily unavailable during Ramadan. Check checkout for what's currently available, and plan ahead to ensure timely delivery!
We list ingredients and allergens based on manufacturer data, but they can change formulations at any time. We always recommend checking the label on the actual product before eating, just to be safe.
If it hasn't shipped yet, just let us know and we'll update it for free. Once it's out for delivery, we'll try to redirect but can't guarantee it. Tip: always double-check your address at checkout!
We accept secure online card payments and Card and Cash on Delivery (COD). You’ll see the available options at checkout.
Yes! Before you place your order, Pop us an email in advance with the Subject "gift wrapping" or whatever applies. Tell us what you would like and how you would like it and we will make accomodations and guide you with selections, prepare and deliver your order. Kindly Note that these accomodations can take up to 7 working days to implement
Because we sell food and drinks, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns once an order is delivered (for safety and hygiene). If something arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, send us your order number and clear photos of the damage or error within 24 hours of delivery. We'll review it and get back to you! We'll make it right.
Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive updates by email/SMS (including tracking where available). If you have an account, you can also check your order status there.
Yes. Send us the product name (and a photo/link if you have one). If it fits our selection and is available, we’ll bring it in for a future drop, and contact you as it drops. Kindly Sign up for drop alerts.
Yes. Everything we sell is 100% genuine and sourced through manufacturers and trusted suppliers. Authenticity is non-negotiable for us! We check packaging and shelf life before dispatch
COD may have been disabled after missed or refused deliveries. If you think there's been a mistake, contact us with your account details and we'll review it for you. You can still pay online with any card or digital wallet.
Contact us as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped, we'll cancel and refund you in full. Once it's been dispatched, cancellation isn't possible, so reach out quickly if you need to make a change.
